Kongu Startup Pitch Fest

GoTamilNadu was chosen as the official Media Partner for the Kongu Startup Pitch Fest 2025 by YNOS to cover the event and create exclusive content on the entrepreneurs of the fest. KGiSL Institute of Technology & KG VIP Forum hosted the event on 18th July at KGiSL Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, in collaboration with YNOS Venture Engine.The event brought together early-stage startups from across Tamil Nadu, investors, and ecosystem enablers, supported by leading angel networks, VC firms, and partners like The Chennai Angels, Malabar Angels, Inflection Point Ventures, pi Ventures, and TNIFMC Limited.

On stage, founders pitched ideas ranging from fresh produce supply chains powered by blockchain and rural women’s empowerment, to wound care innovations using agro biowaste, electric mobility solutions tailored to India’s EV market, and eco-friendly farm equipment harnessing bull power for sustainable agriculture. Each pitch reflected Tamil Nadu’s entrepreneurial diversity – rooted in local needs, driven by innovation, and ready to scale.

The day also featured insights from industry leaders like Mr. Balachander (Haribhavanam Restaurant), Dr. Ashok Bakthavathsalam (KGISL), and Mr. Premkumar (Campus Angel Network), along with a lively panel discussion before the pitching sessions.
